Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper (or to taste)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Oil for cooking
Instructions
- Toss chicken with cornstarch.
- Sear chicken in hot oil; remove.
- Stir-fry vegetables.
- Add sauce ingredients.
- Return chicken and cook until glossy.

Adjust black pepper to taste.
