Butter Chicken Pasta is a creamy fusion dinner combining tender chicken, warm spices, and rich tomato-cream sauce tossed with pasta.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 12 oz pasta
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce

  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
  2. Sauté chicken in butter until golden; remove.
  3. Cook onion and garlic in same pan.
  4. Add spices, tomato sauce, and cream.
  5. Return chicken and pasta; toss to coat.
  6. Simmer briefly and serve.
