Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 12 oz pasta
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
- Sauté chicken in butter until golden; remove.
- Cook onion and garlic in same pan.
- Add spices, tomato sauce, and cream.
- Return chicken and pasta; toss to coat.
- Simmer briefly and serve.
Notes
Adjust spice level to taste. Add pasta water if needed.
