Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp tamarind paste

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • ¼ cup roasted peanuts
  • Lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Soak noodles until pliable.
  2. Mix sauce ingredients.
  3. Cook chicken; remove.
