- 1½ lb chicken thighs
- ¾ cup plain yogurt
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 onion
- 1½ cups tomato puree
- ½ cup heavy cream
- Marinate chicken.
- Cook chicken until charred.
- Make spiced tomato sauce.
- Add cream and chicken.
- Simmer and serve.
