- 16 oz mascarpone
- 4 egg yolks
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream (optional)
- 1½ cups espresso
- 24 ladyfingers
- Cocoa powder
- Whisk yolks and sugar
- Fold in mascarpone
- Dip ladyfingers
- Layer cream and cookies
- Chill and dust with cocoa
