Ingredients

  • 16 oz mascarpone
  • 4 egg yolks
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream (optional)
  • 1½ cups espresso
  • 24 ladyfingers
  • Cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Whisk yolks and sugar
  2. Fold in mascarpone
  3. Dip ladyfingers
  4. Layer cream and cookies
  5. Chill and dust with cocoa

Notes

  • Use room-temperature mascarpone
  • Do not oversoak ladyfingers
  • Chill overnight for best flavor
