Instructions
- Add cottage cheese and flour to a bowl and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead lightly until smooth. Add a little flour if sticky.
- Divide dough into 4 equal balls.
- Roll each ball into a thin flatbread.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Cook each flatbread for 2–3 minutes per side until golden spots appear.
- Serve warm or let cool for wraps.

- For extra softness, let the dough rest for 5 minutes before rolling.
- Works great as a pizza base, wrap, or naan alternative.
