This Cottage Cheese Flatbread is a viral, 2-ingredient recipe that’s high in protein, soft, flexible, and perfect for wraps, pizza, or dipping. Ready in minutes with no yeast and no oven required.

  • Total Time: 15
  • Yield: 4 flatbreads

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (or oat flour for gluten-free option)

Instructions

  1. Add cottage cheese and flour to a bowl and mix until a dough forms.
  2. Knead lightly until smooth. Add a little flour if sticky.
  3. Divide dough into 4 equal balls.
  4. Roll each ball into a thin flatbread.
  5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  6. Cook each flatbread for 2–3 minutes per side until golden spots appear.
  7. Serve warm or let cool for wraps.

Notes

  • For extra softness, let the dough rest for 5 minutes before rolling.
  • Works great as a pizza base, wrap, or naan alternative.
  • Store in the fridge up to 3 days or freeze for later use.
