Ingredients
- 1½ lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: parsley, chili flakes
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through.
- Reduce heat and add butter and garlic.
- Toss chicken until coated and fragrant.
- Garnish and serve immediately.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the pan. Add garlic at the end to prevent burning.
