This quick and easy garlic butter chicken skillet is a one-pan dinner made with tender chicken cooked in rich garlic butter. Perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: parsley, chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through.
  4. Reduce heat and add butter and garlic.
  5. Toss chicken until coated and fragrant.
  6. Garnish and serve immediately.

Notes

 

Do not overcrowd the pan. Add garlic at the end to prevent burning.
