Ingredients
- 1½ lb beef sirloin, cubed
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season beef evenly.
- Sear beef in hot oil until browned.
- Add butter and garlic.
- Toss until coated and fragrant.
- Serve immediately.

Use high heat for best sear.
